What are your minimum order quantities?
Embroidery: 12 pieces minimum | DTF Printing: 24 pieces minimum. We're flexible for mixed orders based on total value.
How much does custom apparel cost?
Pricing varies based on garment type, design complexity, and quantity.
Embroidery starts at $25-30 per polo with logo.
DTF printing starts at $17-25 per shirt.

Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes!
- 12-24 pieces: Standard pricing
- 25-49 pieces: 10% off
- 50-99 pieces: 15% off
- 100-199 pieces: 20% off
- 200+ pieces: 25% off (custom quote)
Can I provide my own garments?
Absolutely! We can embroider or print on your garments.
Pricing: $15 for embroidery, $8-10 for DTF printing per piece.
PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround: 10-14 business days. Rush service available: 5-7 business days (+30% fee). Timeline starts after design approval and deposit payment.
What if I need my order faster?
We offer rush service for 5-7 day delivery with a 30% premium. Contact us to check availability for your deadline.
Do you deliver on time?
Yes! We maintain a 95%+ on-time delivery rate and will communicate proactively if any delays occur.
DESIGN & FILES
I don't have a logo design. Can you help?
Yes! We offer custom design services starting at $50-150 depending on complexity. We'll work with you to create something you love.
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG) for best quality. We can also work with high-resolution .PNG or .JPG files (300 dpi minimum).
Will I see a preview before production?
Absolutely! We'll send you a digital mockup for approval before we start production. We never proceed without your written approval.
PAYMENT & POLICIES
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, checks, and cash. Payment plans available for large orders.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require 50% deposit for new customers. Remaining balance due upon delivery or Net 15 for established accounts.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
If there's an error on our end, we'll remake your order at no charge. We inspect 100% of orders before delivery to ensure quality.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes can be made before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations may incur fees for materials and labor invested.

Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer local delivery in South Jersey and can ship anywhere in the US. Delivery fees vary by location.
Where are you located?
We're based in South Jersey and serve businesses throughout the region. In-person consultations available by appointment.
